My typical daily chat on Dubizzle
Been using Dubizzle for years and what I have found that works for me best is to mention at the top of the ad:
NO CHAT, NO WHATSAPP, ONLY CALL
FIXED PRICE! DO NOT CALL TO BARGAIN OR ASK LAST PARICE
That filters out most of the time wasters and I usually end up giving a couple of hundred dhs off the price when I sense that it's a genuine buyer.
