iGPU Screen Flickering

I've had this ongoing issue when using igpu on battery. The screen flickers a lot, usually when I'm moving the mouse around. I changed my refresh rate down to 60 and messed with every power mode and it still does it. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? It runs great when plugged in, or on dgpu with battery.
