Tapmad has bad quality on Google TV

I used to watch FIFA WC matches on my laptop/phone on free sites (with adblocker) where I would get HD quality. Now I bought a 4K Google TV but the thing is I can only watch matches on Tapmad or PTV Sports channel (which is even worse). I'm using Tapmad free but 540p on big screen look so bad I can't even recognize faces of players and its washed out. I have heard alot paid one is not even a big update (its 720p and less fps). I'm afraid of running illegal sites on TV because what if I get malware on TV or redirects or bad popups comes (I watch with my family). How do you guys watch wc matches on TV in HD?? Also the free sites are unreliable, they sometime stop in crucial moments of the game 😭😭😭
