Problem/Goal: can I still enroll at the same school?

Context: I stopped two years ago with 2 INC and 1 Cinco, I’m on my 2nd year college and 2nd sem, I left with those failing grades because of my job. Now, I’m a mom and I wanted to finish my educationfor my child. Can they still accept me? That school is a Free-Tuition School, is there any possibility that they will cancel my Free-Tuition?
