Can’t access my shopper account

Last week I was near a store and an order popped up for that store . It was a small order but I was going in the direction of the delivery so I accepted it. I shopped and delivered the order ( 3rd floor and no tip mind you) . The next morning I got a message from instacart saying the customer reported not getting their order. I don’t really pay the email to much attention because not only did I indeed deliver the order to the correct address but I also took a picture upon delivery. Now today a week later I’m unable to access my shopper account. It’s saying no account exists when I put in my email and phone number but when I try to register it says account already exists. I don’t see an email saying I was deactivated. Please help.i feed my family with this extra job. What should i do?
