Does anyone else's Vanguard 96 Pro revert to max brightness every boot?

No matter what brightness setting I set in either iCUE or WebHub, the keyboard will revert to max brightness whenever the PC is restarted.

Color profiles will still load once iCUE launches, but it seems the brightness setting is not applying.

I've already reset the keyboard using WebHub and manually. The firmware is up to date, and so is iCUE.

Figured this may be another bug to tackle, but was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.
