Is the first area supposed to be a bit laggy?

So I am still at the start about an hour after the demo but my game will occasionally freeze for a second during cutscenes or lag a little when I go through a new area, is this common? I got a bit of freeze during the scene where you get thrown by the carts.

I have a radeon 9060 ti 16gb vram

Ryzen 7 5600x

16gb ram
