Best Dominican blowout in nyc?

I’ve been trying to find a really really good Dominican blowout for my 3C curly hair. One where I don’t even need plancha.

Preferably in Manhattan but as long as it’s not too far from Manhattan I’m willing to go. Any hidden gems too?
