Creation of the Body Out of Thin Air

SESSION 558: Thursday, November 5, 1970 (multiversum 1)

Now, you are fundamentally non-physical. You take on a body with all its physical equipment. Compare your physical body to the spacesuit of an astronaut. You dwell in your body, but you are not your body. You create it. Your body is your idea of yourself in physical terms and at this point in time. You breathe, without consciously knowing how you breathe. You wave your fingers about, but you cannot consciously tense all the necessary muscles to perform this simple act—you have no idea how you move your fingers.

In the same way, you create your physical body. You begin by assembling living atoms and molecules from the space known to you. From this, your physical image is formed. Then you must use your physical body. But you are much more than that; you come from other existences and other realities.

You twitch your mustache and blink your eyes, together with thousands of other physical actions of which you are not aware—and you don’t know which muscles you have to move in order to blink your eyelids, you don’t know how you form the sentences with which you speak to me—yes, you also don’t know how you will end a sentence once you begin one.
