As a so2/ 2w3, my keyword is "ambition". I strive to take to care of my friends and family and help them live out there dreams and at work I strive to uplift, serve, and empower people, and I strive to move up the ladder so I can serve my broader community via having influence and pushing inclusivity and community work through my workplace.
