Flooring choice for off grid cabin that may shift on blocks

I've started renovating a derelict cabin out in the woods. There's no electricity, no running water, and the cabin sits on wood blocks rather than a foundation. It hadn't seen any real maintenance in 20 years, so when I bought it, it had to be jacked up out of the dirt because the blocks it had been sitting on had sunk over the years. It's now level and stable but I fully expect over time these new blocks will sink and the camp will have to be jacked up to level again. From previous experience on a similar cabin, I figure this leveling process will have to be repeated every 5-10 years to account for an in or two of uneven movement.

My question is, why kind of flooring should I be looking at, knowing that I expect some shifting over time?
