PSA question

Hello, I was wondering if it’s normal or not for my husband’s PSA to rise in very few increments within 7 weeks? He’s started new meds about 9 weeks ago ( Abiraterone and trupaq ) he’s been on orgovyx since first diagnosis 2yrs ago at that time he did radio and was on nubeqa and was undetectable for 1.5 yrs until last fall that it met to his spine. Hence the new meds and he did chemo as well. Whenever he gets his labs done his PSA is rising few small increments but I’m still worried. I’ve read that you have to give the meds 12 weeks first to see if it’s working.
