Is it okay for my friend to be friends with someone who doesnt like me?

So my friend 20 is friends with someone who i had a crush on

But the guy basiaclly rejected me and told my friend i was weird and give creepy vibes (we meet one time and talked for 5 minutes)

I didnt do anything weird to him and I js dont know why he called me that

And i think today shes hanging out with my friend and idk how I should feel abt it, im feeling pretty down about it
