Not letting me import data / syncing data

I used to use TV Time before the shutdown announcement and I exported a csv and json data of my movies from it and went to import it on my laptop on my new letterbox account, and it said it worked and I confirmed it. But when I open the app on the same account, none of the data is there.

I tried to import the data on the app from my phone but the "import data" app won't work. When I click on it nothing happens. I tried resetting the app and logging out but nothing works.

I also tried importing it from the website on my phone too, and it competed the process, but when I checked the app... Again it didn't do anything.

Any help?
