Is 21g and 27g needles with a 1ml luer lock syringe good for Test E 300mg/ml?

I'll be injecting 0.3ml three times per week.

I was going to use the 21g to draw the oil out of the vial and then use the 27g for injecting as I won't feel anything with something that thin.

However now I'm a bit worried that the 27g might be too thin for injecting the oil?

Any helpful advice would be appreciated
