What should i do?

Got a light tap and a small scratch at the rear of my car by some guy who wasnt paying attention. He was apolagetic and told me if cash was fine, offering 250 for the small scratch. I had just got out of nightshift and my mind was exhausted. I just exchanged information and insurance and told him i would contact him to see what i would do. What should i do?
