Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
50 grams of grated Parmesan
A little dried oregano (or pizza seasoning)
150-200 grams of store-bought or homemade tomato sauce
1 ball of mozzarella fresca
Fresh basil leaves
Kalamata olives (or any other topping you like)

How to make:
In an oven dish lined with baking paper, flatten the cottage cheese into a circle about 20 cm in diameter - it is important to have a thick layer of cottage cheese. Sprinkle over Grana Padano or grated Parmesan, add dried oregano and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour until nicely browned.
Remove from the oven, spread an even layer of tomato sauce over it and add mozzarella cheese or another cheese you like. You can add fresh basil leaves and olives or another addition.
Return to the oven for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted (be careful not to burn it).
Remove from the oven and enjoy with a side dish that you like.

Notes:
During baking, the cottage cheese will ooze liquid, you can open the oven and soak up the liquid that drips around the edges with absorbent paper to shorten the baking time (be careful not to get burned).
It is recommended to use a concentrated and thick tomato sauce, you can also use tomato paste.
