Ex wife moved new boyfriend into our house with me still living there.

Location: Tennessee. Wife and I are home owners, own the home 50/50. She moved him in the house, and he refuses to talk to me face to face, only texts trying to tell me what to do in my own house.texts I of course ignore. He’s even provided evidence saying he’s moved in via text. According to my divorce paperwork we’re suppose to occupy the house and split the expenses until the house is sold. The exact line says…the parties agree to co-occupy the home until it is sold and further agree to equally split the costs of ownership and occupancy. Can a family lawyer have him removed?
