Best European schools for experienced jewellers to advance their skills

I'm a London based jeweller and have been making jewellery at the bench for around 15 years. I'm very proficient in soldering and bezel making and setting but have just focused on perfecting the basics and my design style has revolved around bezel setting, and the occasional piece I outsource for flush setting. I'd love to learn how to make my own collets and mounts and wondering where a good place to go would be. Some of the courses I see abroad seem to be for absolute beginners. Is there anywhere that anyone knows of that has mount making as part of its curriculum and would be suited to someone with good experience of the basics? Thanks
