Ocd question that made me blue screen

I was helping a friend clean her dishes. And once I was done I washed my hands like usual, grabbed a paper towel, dried my hands and threw it away. Pretty standard. My friend asked why didn't I reuse it? And I was like cause its dirty so it goes in the trash. And she's like but you just washed your hands and dried them so the dirt came off and the paper towel is clean. And i insisted it was dirty. Cause i had to retouch the faucet handles and the paper towel dried off the remaining dirt. She called bs. And when pressed further I blue screened. Was she right? Is this just another case of my ocd i haven't realized?
