Feel like i failed god

I have been going through a relationship break i prayed to god to bring him back to me and he did but i said something that pushed my partner away again. I feel so guilty because this was something i prayed and prayed to god and i feel like i failed him. Do you guys think maybe it wasn’t the right time i feel like i lost faith but i dont know.
