Have you played Dominatus?

I’m starting a Dominatus campaign soon and was curious how people who have played it liked it.

I jumped into 40K during 10th, but never played Crusade as it seemed too daunting as I was still learning to play. Dominatus seems like a great middle ground for me to get invested in the current campaign lore a bit while not getting overwhelmed by rules.
