Locke realse and shyvana s rework

Like what the hell she was quick patched after hours meanwhile he is sitting at 80% ban rate and theres nothing why do i keep feeling there are champions in this game and there are champions example being yone yasuo now I guess locke being able to be op and much stronger than othetrs with much more agency just beacasue they are popular everytime there is iteam nerf that might affect yasuo he gets buffs before the iteam nerfs cassue save us god he will be weaker for a patch while champions like kayle can get their entire playstyle deleted by changing deliting iteams and still gets nerfed the same patch
