how does casting a spell FOR someone else (not myself) work differently?

Hi everyone! 🌙 This is going to be my very first spell ever, so please be gentle with me lol. I want to do a money/abundance spell, but instead of just for myself, I want it to reach my whole family — parents and sibling included, not just my own life.

A few questions I don't have answers to yet:

•Do I need actual consent from family members before casting on their behalf, even for something positive like abundance? Or does good intent make that unnecessary?

•Does the wording/intention change when casting for a group vs. just yourself? Do I need to name each person, or is "my family" enough?

•Better to do one spell for everyone, or separate workings per person?

•Any difference in herbs/ingredients/correspondences when the energy needs to extend beyond just you?

•Since this is my first spell ever, should I hold off on casting for others until I've got more solo practice first?

Would love some guidance from more experienced practitioners, especially since this is my first time doing any of this
