Tag Efficiency?

I just got the Oura ring 5. I want to stay consistent with my tags but don’t want to be in the app constantly. Plus, it’s a lot of taps just to stay consistent.

Has anyone found apps that help with this? I’m thinking of making custom shortcuts on my iPhone to automatically tag when I get to work or for a quick tap and tag, even telling Siri. For the record, I’m not well versed on making shortcuts but have had some success with things like starting and locking my car. My first attempts at this with the Oura ring have been unsuccessful. Before I dive down the shortcut route, are there apps for this?

If no, tips for making shortcuts to tag would be appreciated!
