[request] movie scene with boob drinking

Hi, I know this is an unusual request, I apologise if this isn't the right sub for it. When I was younger, I saw a scene of a frat party and there was a guy that won jello shots but they had to be taken while in a girls' shirt. I think the jello shots were in her blouse, the guy grabbed her and buried his face between her boobs.

Does anyone remember which movie or series has this scene?
