Cannibalize the WIC? Switch the primary to the smaller bathroom-adjacent and split that big bathroom in half? Add a spiral staircase in the primary to an unfinished attic space above so I can slip and die wet after my shower in karmic retribution for this worldly obsession?

We've been house hunting for YEARS and finally found one that checks so many boxes. One thing on the top of my list was a primary bathroom. I've wanted one forever and I know it's a luxury but I have a bunch of kids and...well, damn, I'm just really bummed a the prospect of that never being a thing because we are hoping to be in this house for the long run.

Please give me everything you've got. I know plumbing and joist orientation and sorts of other details will make or break this possibility....I'm just looking for any hope that it would be possible down the line. There is an attic that is unfinished but they added a second HVAC and all the stuff snakes through the whole thing.
