Help for Gaming and Simracing PC

Hey there, i am currently planning on getting a new Gaming PC as my 4 year Old Laptop is reaching it's limits everywhere.

I am into Simracing and planning on playing on an Ultrawide screen.

Games will be LMU, AC Evo but should also do every other game as i casually game aswell.
