Pc build help

Hi everyone, I’m looking to build or buy a prebuilt pc. I have an older one that’s a prebuilt but it’s really old and useless for what I’m wanting. I’m mainly wanting an all new one to handle rust better and valorant. I’m thinking my budget will be around $1500-$1600. I’m in the US. Any advice on prebuilt that will run rust good or parts I should need will be greatly appreciated!
