IEM detected as speaker and mic not working

I recently bought my first ever IEM, 7Hz zero 2
I connected them to my PC in the 3.5m jack, they got detected as speakers and when i play audio in left channel i can also hear in right.
I'm not able to get the mic to work at all
I've tried tweaking all kind of settings in windows and in realtek audio center, and also updated motherboards audio drivers

It's not the iem's fault as i can get them to work on my laptop but i can't figure out how to fix that on my desktop

Do i need to buy something maybe? Some other setting i need to tweak?Idk
