Healed the thyroid naturally but very high tpo

I got diagnosed with hashimotos thyroditis exactly a year ago. Tsh swung between 0.01 to >100 in the span of 6 months. Now it's at 3.5 (without medication), but tpo antibodies still>1000.

Help!

For context, I decided to follow the functional medicine approach. Things I did:

  1. Eliminated gluten and dairy, cut down on sugar

  2. Removed mold toxins from my house

  3. Did 72-90 hour water fasts every month for 6 months. Now do 42 hour fasts every month.

  4. Took supplements like selenium, zinc, curcumin, b12, d3+k2, coq10, vit c, chollerlla, activated charcoal, prebiotics, l-glutamine, aloe Vera, omega3 and iron.

  5. Worked on healing trauma with deep innerwork.

  6. Increased strength training and protein intake.

The thyroid ultrasound last month came in normal.

But at my wits end with the tpo antibodies with not even knowing my exact numbers ever and if im even making any progress there. Energy levels are good now.

Also, would prefer my tsh to be below 2 (3.6 right now)

P.s.: did not take thyroid medications like levothroxine, etc ever.
