Sub acute thyroiditis

So I had an episode of SAT in April this year. Pain near thyroid area and then hyper phase within 10days and after treatment with beta blockers and anti inflammatories hyper phase was over in 4-5 weeks and now I'm stable with normal levels..my doc just cleared 10days back that every thing Is good.

Now from yesterday I had same pain as in April.. should I be worried?

Will this recur? Any experience anyone with subacute thyroiditis??
