AI scribe in the medgroup

As many of y’all are probably seeing, we’ve started to use an AI tool to help write notes within the MTFs. It’s been rolling out most of the year. Essentially it records the visit and converts it to a functional medical note within minutes. Nothing is saved and sends to do well sitting out the less medical related discussion. Upside is I’m able to spend most of the visit having a discussion with the patient without burying myself in a chart half listening. Also has made the bites note accurate to what the patient actually says. I’ve had a few airmen decline it over this period (mildly concerning since both were cyber folks).

Just curious what people’s opinions are or experiences have been with this system.
