NormalCord: small server, big plans, and searching for Moderators

Brand new-ish Discord server for adults who are tired of the drama, the cliques, and the power-tripping mod energy that runs most communities into the ground. Co-ed, 18+, real conversation, fair moderation applied the same way for everyone, no favorites, no double standards.

🏗️ Built the whole structure myself, channels, rules, bots, an actual enforcement ladder that's public instead of hidden. What's missing is a full mod team. Right now it's a small crew running it, and we're looking to add a few more.

✅ Doesn't require prior mod experience. If you've modded before, great. If you haven't but you're level-headed, don't start drama, and actually care about keeping a space fair instead of just having power, that matters more than a resume.

🌱 It's early, which means whoever joins the mod team now isn't just enforcing rules someone else made, you're helping shape how this actually gets run long term.
