Some slasher/killer with hidden motive movie, can't remember much

It's a movie I saw when I was a lot younger but there was a group of teenagers (?) That went to a cabin and when they got there the power went out or a storm hit. They ran outside to defend themselves, one guy hit a bear trap running to the docks, and he got out of it as all the others got into an suv of some sort. He (the killer) called them or talked to them over a walkie talkie or the radio and said they can pick one to live. A girl that was hurt or him, they kicked the bear trap guy out and a laser shined (shone? I suck at weird grammar like this) and shot him through the windows. It was a torrential down pour when that sniper shot happened. It was a cabin out in the woods but the movie is not cabin in the woods.
