Help with my fafsa and tap application

So i knew fafsa wasn’t showing 2026-2027 fall applications because it was down but i’m not sure if tap is down either or something because it’s not letting me go into my application and its saying my fafsa application isn’t done even though i did do it and got an email yesterday saying to so tap and i did so today. But it almost never saved my application progress and its saying my last edit was 1/1/1900. Please help me figure this out because i did my schedule and i dont wanna pay much out of pocket
