Panel Interview at ResultsCX

Hi! Is anyone here currently working at ResultsCX, especially in HR or Talent Acquisition?

I recently applied for an HR role and have a panel interview on Monday. It's my first time doing a panel interview, and I'm honestly pretty nervous.

One thing I struggle with is rambling. Even when I practice through mock interviews, I still end up stuttering or losing the structure of my answers. I'm worried that having multiple interviewers will make me even more anxious.

For those who've been through the process, what was your panel interview like? What kinds of questions did they ask? Were they mostly behavioral, situational, or technical? Did different interviewers focus on different areas?I'd also really appreciate any tips beyond the usual "smile" and "be confident." If you've experienced panel interviews before, what helped you stay calm and answer questions in a more organized way?
