Looking for advices for a Belarusian passport holder trying to move

Hey there, I'm a 25 yo male with a Belarusian passport who plans his moving abroad. I always wanted to go to any English-speaking country (preferably the US or Australia), and now, when I finally got ready, it looks like every day the door closes more and more. I totally understand the situation with migration to the West, but sadly it looks like these guys who are trying to come not for the honest working living ruin in for ppl like me

Being a professional certified musician (so no IT etc), what could be my possible ways to come to those countries? As far as I can see, the biggest problem for non-linkedin types of jobs is to find it outside of the country, so I need first to come legally and then to start the search. But outside of education which is expensive what are the real options for me?
