OCD Help?

Hi Everyone,
This is my first time posting in this community because I need some help so bare with me.
I’ve recently been diagnosed with OCD due to symptoms I’ve been horribly experiencing. My psychiatrist just prescribed medication and told me good luck and I don’t see her until next month. I don’t know if I can share personal information but please delete if not allowed..
I was given 25mg of Zoloft and then was taken off that and put on Vraylar 1.5 mg. I was told that SSRI will not help me since it works on mood and that an antipsychotic would help since it works on thoughts. I did not react well to Vraylar so i’m currently on nothing.
Can anyone offer any insight?
