Bank accounts under Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY)

Hey everyone i currently holds 2 savings account

1. BOB zero balance student account
2. Kotak 811 zero balance savings account

The bob account sucks and recently due to high volume of transactions my upi payment got blocked which get whitelisted but still i cant use upi to transfer money.

I’m considering to close this BOB account and open an account under PMJDY so it’ll also issue me a free debit card with zero balance account.

But some banks not allows us to open these free accounts like i checked under HDFC website there they do mentioned about this but there is no option to open such account through digital means.
So if any who can suggest me about the best bank to go with and should i even considering to go with this scheme?
And anyone have any advice regarding upi blocking in bob?
