[TOMT][MOVIE] I'm pretty sure it was an older movie based off of the quality of the scene I saw on a YouTube short.

The scene started with a teenage girl dressed up as a little girl and she was sitting on a sofa with her legs resting up on a table and a man in a suit walks in and slaps her legs, yelling at her to put her feet down. Then they scream at each other and she runs out of the room and runs down A LOT of flights of stairs while screaming something at the man and the man tries to catch but gives up and just watches. Finally she goes through this arch shaped corridor and there's a bike resting on the side of the wall and she grabs it and pedals off, then I'm fifty percent sure he follows her with his car? That's all I know.
