Help me with some opinions about PowerColor Reaper 9070XT

I got this card for 669.99$ (Microcenter), is it a good deal ? I have a full tower, so basically size for me doesn't matter, just got it for the price.

But after reading some reviews, this GPU can have some problems with temps and fan noise, I started to think it might be a bad choice

On the other hand, I play mostly comp games (Dota2,CS2,LoL,BF6), and I am still on 1080 144hz (planning to upgrade to 1440p in the future ). The GPU is paired with 9850X3D (got that Microcenter bundle deal with MOBA/RAM included)
Should I keep it, or refund and add on top to get Red Devil / Hellhound idk or Sapphire ?

My main point of buying it was price, and the fact that I don't play really heavy games. If some Reaper users can give feedback, it would be much appreciated
