MHS3 Crashing Help

I've hit the end of my rope. The game keeps causing AMD Driver Timeout/Crashes at anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour of playing.

Crashs are not consistent, but more common while in crowded areas and slower in the wild area.

Watching my VRAM Usage, it will go from 30-50ish% to suddenly 100% and then crash.

I can run MH Wilds just fine, this is the only game that consistently crashes like this for me.

Windows 11

CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 4900H with Radeon Graphics
GPU 1 - AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics
GPU 2 - AMD Radeon(TM) RX 5600M Series
Ram - 16 GB

Adrenaline is on the newest version, and this problem has persisted across multiple versions since launch.

CPU Chipset Drivers are up to date.

I have almost all settings at their lowest, frame rate capped at 30FPS (Just to try and improve the situation), VSYNC off, Radeon Chill and so on off.

It's actually slightly more stable (Average time between crshes is higher) when my textures are at Medium as opposed to Low or Lowest.
