Can you guys pleaasseeeee help me, why i cant get my elo back, Im so desperate, I grind all the way up 700 to 1000 elo, but after just a one time tilt i cant get to 1k elo again, its just repeating 890-930 elo, losing and winning, stuck at this elo..... idk how to avoid mistakes....
