Sony A6000 Body Only (50k Shutter) for ₱13k—Good Deal?

I've been debating this for days. I found a Sony A6000 body for ₱13,000 with a 50k shutter count (body only).

The seller says it has no issues and everything works properly.

I'll mainly be using it for IG pictures and casual photography. Considering the PH market, is this a good deal? Can it still last me for a few more years, or should I just save my money and buy newer versions?
