[Misc] flat moles removed with laser

I was told not to wet the area of the moles removed (my face) for some time, now it's been two days since I last washed it, I was wondering how much longer should I wait until I can wet my face, scabs have been forming up but they are still intact, do I have to wait until they peel off? or can I safely wash my skin with water (without soap) soon?
