IIMC DELHI REFUND

I got allotted a seat in IIMC Delhi under PGD English Journo but I want to withdraw my seat as I got into a better college. The admin hasn't been picking up my calls or responding to my emails. This is so stupid I've mailed them many times but they do not respond at all... Can someone help?
