Please help please flying kenya airways

this is a repost because no one responded to my last one

I honestly have always had a really really bad case of fear of flying or like aeirophobia or whatever it’s called. And it’s especially ironic since i fly almost every month. It’s my first time flying kenya airways and i’ve been seeing super bad reviews about the costumer service of kenya airways and everything. Now, I know that costumer service does not equal to safety but it does get me very very skeptical. I’m flying a 12 hour flight to nairobi in an hour and i keep stressing about, what if my pilot smokes?? (read that on another reddit post) or what if there’s spatial disorientation?? all of it is really scary to me.

Please, anyone who’s flown kenya airways or just anyone at this point, please talk some sense into me.
