Tricare Select denied PA for Zepbound

Hello. I’m very frustrated. I was under the impression Zepbound was covered under Tricare select for weight-loss. I’ve failed other methods and thought it would be approved but my PCP is now stating my insurance doesn’t cover unless I have diabetes. Was this a clerical error on her part? I just don’t know and very discouraged.
