Shadow Rabbit Mods Vs Rainbow

With Shadow Rabbit coming up in the new dispatch missions, is it going to be more worth it to try to get one to use for Frida (The Best) or to make into Mods? I picked up one from the Harpy rolls on the anniversary and I already have a rainbow Rev-02, Glasya, TF and Rex; but Frida is so awesome, and I want to upgrade her Mech, especially with her signature weapon coming soon.
